I just recently purchased two 8" Rockford Fosgate Punch P2's and I ended up getting a box that is ported, my problem is, is that the box is .84 cubic feet per chamber. According to the Rockford Fosgate website this model subwoofer's optimal space is .65 cubic feet. What could happen from using a box that is just a little too big for the woofers? Could it damage the woofers in any way? Or over exert them or blow them? If so what should I use to take up space in the enclosure. I appreciate any feedback!
