Anyone mess with these amps? i know this brand isn't exactly popular on here, but with as small as it is I could see a benefit in limited space installs...like my s10 lol

I would assume it does rated. Just seems pricy for the power you get, even with the space savings.

try it out for us!!!! personally i'd rather just get a power series amp. its bigger but packed with power. my t400-2 is quite small and i believe the t500-1 is the same size

the ones ive handled put out 313 and 315 at 1ohm so not really underated. the real problem is finding a low power sub that can wire that low.

Yeah, it def. is an expensive 300 amp. $200 from crutchfield and $180 from Sonic, but with their make an offer option, you can get it as low as 140. Still expensive, but that amp is tiny. Check out the pic of it compared to a CD Rockford Fosgate PBR300X1 300W RMS Mono Class BR Punch Amplifier

Now, as winky said, finding low power subs to wire at 1ohm my be an issue. Maybe RF did that so users could pair it with their lower level RF dual 4 vc subs? idk
