Rockford Fosgate PA2 or Kenwood KGC-6042 Replacement

Hey, I am adding a system in our third car and all I have left is to add in a eq. I have a Rockford Fosgate PA2 in one car and a Kenwood KGC-6042 in the other car for my eq needs. I am trying to get a eq that is equivalent to a PA2 or KGC-6042. There are a lot of eqs on the market and do not want to buy just any eq. Thanks

Budget? Old school or new?

Under $300. New or old does not matter either, I just want something that is equivalent to either.

I have a few Rockford EPX2's (28 card) I would use, but I like to be able to control the bass/mids/highs with knobs with ease.
