rockford fosgate bd1000.1 high pitch ringing

theres a high pitch ringing sound coming from the amp itself. i removed rca plugs and still ringing. the amp is a older fosgate bd1000.1

check your ground... thats my first guess...

checked it. still high pitch ringing. i even took the amp out and hooked to a battery that i dont use. still ringing. i opened the amp up and the ringing seems to be coming from the power supply. could the current running threw the wounded wired cause the ringing, kinda like a tuning fork?

its defentaly coming from the power supply.

my power supply doesnt have that wax looking sh1t on it.

should i put some epoxy all over the power supply so the wires dont move?
