Rockford Fosgate 801X any good?

I'm thinking of getting 4 Infinity Kappas 42.5's for my car along with a Rockford Fosgate Punch 801X. Is this a good combination? If it isn't can somebody recommend a better amp for these speakers? I'm not getting any subs.... for now so i'm not too worried about that.

depends how many watts the speakers can handle
