3. Description/Condition:
I bought this brand new about 3 months ago, from a friend who decided to get out of his spl project due to a new house. It made a day and night difference to my system after tuning it. It has ALOT of adjustments. Definately not for beginners! A windows operating system computer is needed to program / tune it. It worked very well with Windows 7.
