Rockford Fosgate 25 to life punch 150 questions

I have a Rockford 25 to life punch 150 and want to run my two Hertz 8" subs off of it. I have two Hertz EBX200R 8" enclosed subs that I want to run off of this amp. They are both SVC 4 ohm subs rated at 250W each, continuous. Are these amps stable at 2 ohms bridged? Should I wire one sub to each channel? Or should I bridge the channels and run them both off of the bridged channel wired for a 4 ohm load?

I saw that in the manual. I thought I read in a post somewhere that someone had called Rockford and they had been told that it would do bridged @ 2 ohms just fine. I was just wondering if anybody could confirm this.

No they are not stable, just run 4 ohm mono. Those amps still put out close to 400w at 4 ohms per channel
Sorry for the dumb question, but would I run one sub per channel to get 4 ohms mono? I'm still learning the subwoofer game. I thought to get 4 ohms mono, I have to bridge the amp. If I bridge the amp, how do I wire two SVC 4ohm subs to see a 4ohm load?

Just run 1 speaker to each channel of the amp... Want another one of those amps? I have one here for sale....
Thanks, but I just bought an Arc Audio KS300.4 to run my front comps. Good luck with the sale though, and thanks for the info!

What is the birth sheet on your amp 1hawaii50? I believe you and I purchased our 25 to Life Punch 150s from the same dude.

Here is my power rating:

ETA: 2 ohms all channels driven means 2 ohms stereo or 4 ohms mono. I forget all the technicalities behind it but bridging an amp usually makes each channel see half of the final load. In other words, bridging this particular amp @ 4 ohms makes each channel see a 2 ohm load! If I am wrong, someone please correct me...

We could do that, I could send it before the 250SX. I took your 250SX apart, and I see the two resistors that are burned, I am not sure what value they are supposed to be. I took pictures of it and I am going to send them to an "old school tech" that should know and then it will be fixed up. Sorry I haven't gotten around to emailing you about it yet, but it is being worked on....
