I listen to heavy metal/death metal/speed metal/thrash metal...whatever the hell they label it these days (I just call it Metal..). Believe it or not, Im not usually characterized as one...I don't dress in all black or wear band shirts and paint my eyelashes. Nike all the way.

can someone tell me the name of the song with mike shinoda and some other guys...in the video the guy playing the guitar has a really long beard..he's from some band that i cant remember the name

the song was "it's going down" and i believe it has a kick *** bass line

i heard some songs from static-x and i loved the bass and metal

it's not static-x, it's the executioners feat. mike shinoda....but the song is "it's goin' down"

hmm...

Flaw and the Deftones have some nice bass in a lot of their songs... Although I dunno if you would consider them exactly metal...

Mudvayne has some cool bass lines too...
