Hello!! I need your ideas on a GOOD SQ/SPL mix subwoofer.

Car: 2002 ***** Am

Amplifier: PPI Art A600 600w@4ohm

I will be building the box myself. I'm going ported due to good results in the past with ported boxes.

I would like to stay under 3.0cu. ft.

I have not been in the car audio game in a while. I'm not sure whats good anymore.

Price will need to be under 300US$ to make my budget work.

This is a i am in need post. I need to make a decision soon.

I'm not sure if you will have enough airspace in your car to do a ported 15" setup. That's what I wanted to do also but ended up going win two tens instead. Either way, for a great SQ speaker that's get loud I would do an Acoustic Elegance AV15 or a couple AV12s. A Member here recently hit a 146 with a single 15
