The last 3 months have been the worst of my life. At night time around 9 o'clock my left leg (lower leg) becomes so extremly uncomfortable that its undescribable. Trying to sleep is impossible and basicly nothing can be done about it. After doing a shit load of reading I found out that lots of water, streching, eating good and no caffine should do the trick.
For the last 2 months Ive drank over a gallon of water a day and eatten the best foods/worked out an insain amount. STILL just as bad, not even a hint of getting better.
Ive tryed sleeping pills and the only thing I get out of it is becoming more tired and just as uncomfortable.
I would rather have my leg broken then feel this feeling everynight.
Ive tryed getting drunk off my mind, but then after the drunkness wears off after a couple hours I wake up and have an early hang over.
Ive taken some vicodin (hench my name) from a friend who had his teeth pulled and this is the only thing ive taken or done that has made it 100% back to normal.
Anyone else have RLS? And what have you done to help.
I would go to the doctor but my new job I just started doesnt set my incurance in for a couple months and a doctor vist and whatever else he suggests would be alot of money and will be going there soon but not just yet.
I havent slept in about 2 days (give or a take a couple hours here and there with hour naps MAX).
