That is just ridiculous. lol. As if one 18 wouldnt be enough you just have to have 2. I say do it though. I can't even imagine what 27 hz would sound like in that setup.

God if I only had the space. Back in high school I had the full size Blazer with 4 IDQ 15 in it and an Autotek Mean machine. Hell they used to only get 300 watts a piece and would knock your head off. why would you even want a woofer with such a low fs rating as the Ava? seems a little absurd for a car audio install.

I was kind of wondering that as well. I hate when people reccomend stuff and pretend they've heard it when they haven't.

That is the main reason I'm growing anti-RE, so many followers who have no basis for anything they say....

IMO - the AA sub is sexier.

but thats me. i love that cf cap.

the RL-P's and the AV's will perform on the same level, however the AV's will hit lower, and according to XBL^2 - they *SHOULD* have incredible SQ.

ive not hear the RL-P's yet, but my friend is getting a RL-P12 in the near future. so ill be able to compare my RE SE, AV15, TEMPEST, and the RL-P and let people know.

but ive chosen the AV15 - simply because some day - i might not want a woofer that big in the car, and it will move to HT duty. hell, i might not have a car to put it in.

i dont think ill ever upgrade my audio equipment once i get the av15.

but mike - i still have $40 SS credit ;D

I have it for testing purposes only... But thanks for your useless comments. I'm getting an excursion vid up soon. I haven't committed to purchasing the sub yet...

i used to have a hybrid sx...thats as close as i can get

either way...the hybrid hit harder than the RL-p,

but the RL-p sound better hitting almost as hard
