is a 12" rockford fosgate P3 comparable to a RE audio HC12? i have a choice between the two but i dont have enough money for the HC12. and i would be getting 2 P3's, 1000watt kenwood amp for $300 vs. a HC12, Hifonics 1500d amp and some extra stuff for $420. but the thing is i have only about $375 to spend on every
