Many salaried persons at my job get overtime at a set $ per hour. Production supervisors get overtime if they are "Supervising" by staying over to cover another supervisor. If they are done with there shift and just doing paperwork they get no overtime. Our processors get overtime for anything over 8 hrs. It is only straight time though, not time and a half.</p></blockquote><p></p>
