Ok, simple question this time.
I work for a very large company, which has establishments in the majority of states in the US.
Anyway, since i've been hired there the mens room is ****ing disgusting, to say the least. It LOOKS like a decent restroom, stalls, urinals, sink - all newer.
BUT, the ceiling has dark yellow patches like something is rotting or leaking onto the ceiling... puddles of urine on the floor or when you walk in the floor is sticky, more than likely from urine. Many employees walk in, piss or shit, and walk out or simply run their hands under water for 5 seconds and dry their hands like they really did some major cleaning to their hands or something.
I've emailed our HR rep, but i also want to report this to the health department because its really getting out of hand.
I sit a few cubes down from one guy who was visibly sick..coughing, red nose, sneezing, etc. Caught him in the bathroom, he was shitting, he got up, ran his hands under water for a good 4-5 seconds, and used the paper dispenser and door obviously....
on top of that, ive been getting sick - A LOT. its really disgusting. the janitors consist of 3 females, one who is a pregnant 18 year old stupid ****, literally, i've heard her conversations - and trust me - from the conversations i've caught while shes been pregnant shes had *** with 2 guys. i know this yet i dont even know her name.
the other 2 women do a decent job, but still - come the **** on dude. spend some more money and hire more people who do a GOOD job at cleaning the **** place.
ANYWAY, does anyone know the department specifically you would report an employer to? the PA department of health only has limited sections - restaurant, medical facilities and some other thing, but nothing mentioning an employer.
anyone have any guesses?
You sound like a sissy. At least their hands see water. The health dept. isn't gonna do squat.
Now if this was food preparation equipment, it would be a different story.
