Renaming MP3's/Torrents

Is there anyway to change the names of these files? When they show up on windows media player/ipods and such they always say artist-song title athen ahve the url of the torrent host and all that. I just want to rename to artist-title and get rid of all the other shit

that's the id3 tag, right click it in media player, and click advanced tag editor

or get a standalone tag editor, and it can automatically rename them based on the file name
