Hello

1500pa.jpg

Specs:

1500W 12.6V 2 or 4 ohm (2 models)

1800W 14.4V at minimum impedance

1100W 12.6V at twice the min. impedance

suitable for 18V

Frequency response: 10Hz to 15kHz

Subsonic filter: 10Hz to 80Hz

LPF: 50Hz to 15kHz

DF: 200@4ohm

Dimensions: 9.84" x 9.25" x 2.04"

Weight: 6.6lbs

5-year limited warranty

You can choose either 2 or 4 ohms, and if you normally connect at 1 ohm you will have the advantage of a 4x higher damping factor by connectin in 4 ohms, the current will be lower (higher voltage) reducing the power loss on speaker cables.

It is on pre-sale

I suppose so. Just seems a bit much to me.

I remember getting 2500d's for over $100 less new at one point, and I just picked up a new amp for $349 that does 2.8kw @ 14.4V, and is very high quality.

And this is on pre-sale, so I would expect these to be quite a bit cheaper than this.

When the SAZ1500d's were on sale, they were $400 shipped.

That's why I don't post over there. I usually just list things for sale on CACO.

It's the new ICIX.

And I'm glad someone agrees with me that this pre-sale seems expensive.

It's not that it's overkill price wise compared to high end stuff that you would buy retail.....But this is the internet.
