Refurb components?

I've seen refurbished amps and subs, but never component speakers... Would you feel comfortable buying a set of refurbished components?

Really only two things can go wrong with components...either a speaker blew and hence was replaced/reconed, or the passive crossover malfunctioned and was repaired or replaced. In either case, the repair should have completely fixed the problem.
