Reducing Vibration

Is there any way I can dampen the rear AC knobs on my 2004 chevy tahoe. They vibrate louder than anything in the car and if you just put a little pressure on them they stop and the bass sounds so much nicer with out that rattling. Is there any simple way of going about that?

Step 1. Take the knobs off.

Step 2.....

Your done.

take the knobs off and possibly put some foam or similar under it

I still need the knobs, Ill try putting something behind the knobs and see if that helps

Put a t-shirt behind it. Works for me.

That sounds like a good idea, does it restrict the knobs turning at all?
