I still keep gettin this same kinda crap in my generic email almost daily. and im sorta half *** lookn for a new job myself, and have to wade thru that junk. Sometimes I hate being an US Army IT guy.... I mean, all I do is spend 50% of my work day on ca.com for boredem relief. Id almost kill for a job that im not bored in.

I still get emails non-stop. Over a 3 year span, recruiters and job sites alike did not do jack for me or my career, no matter how many hoops I jumped through or how much education I had.

admittedly, 90% of all the jobs in my life that got me anywhere I hustled myself to get. No dumbass sitting behind a desk trying to justify his measly salary is going to do it for you.

The most successful way ive attained a job that I wanted was :

1. find out an opening at a company or goverment agency

2. re-write your application around what they're looking for

3. submit that application, then research the company and find out who in the company you need to talk to about the position, and arrange something one on one.

This plan has even worked for goverment positions that require that you get screened by a human resources department first. Just get by those fools, and go for the juggular!

^ I know I've used the site for years and never been offered a legit position. Plenty of crap though; Work form home, sell various bullshit out of a backpack, be a ''talent scout'

I can't help but wonder if the companies ever get those jobs filled at all.

I'm using the state job bank now. **** the dumb shit. Pay me $35/hr for something inane.

yea its bullshit ive decided just to use the newspaper and friends. I got a friend who works at this place called the harbor its for crazy's who need help. Im trying to get a job as like a night time crazy watch haha. It pays good and they want prior military. But monster and all that sucks waste of time.
