what chemicals do i need to use when recondictioning my car battery? where can i get the chemicals to do it? i heard distilled water an epsom salt would help.

for my car.... i just read you can recondiction them instead of buying a new one. the battery isnt completely dead, it reads low 11. just wanted to make sure i can do this instead of buying a new battery, got my eye one a deep cycle batt

They don't work for very long if at all. The additives and the home brews are meant to remove and or prevent the sulfation on the plates.
