Recommendations for speakers and a sub?

What are some recommendations for speakers and a sub? I would want two 6.5's, two 6x9's and one or two 10" subs. I have a limit of $350 for the speakers and $150 for the subs. I have a 2005 pontiac sunfire and do not care how much watts they draw.

im running that amp, things nice esp for the $.  does about 630 watts at 2 ohms, scoped it myself
