I recently bought 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis window. Stock radio with an antenna passenger rear fender. It also has an antenna in the rear window and seems to have a solid connection. The problem I am having is with the AM reception. I get nothing but static until I raise the motorized antenna then reception is spotty particularly around electrical lines. I have no problem with FM even when the antenna is down.
