Some of those are tuff questions. Luckily I wont have to go through all that since I already have a career. I work for a big company and most of all my stuff before being hired was done on the application, then a background check, then an apptitude test, then a physical endurence test, then a pysical health evaluation and drug tests, Then finally 3 yrs later after applying I had a job offer and interview over the phone at 9 pm on a sunday. I was basically asked if I was still interested then told that there was 1 job open for me in a certain town, Take it or leave it. I took it then Had to go to a 2 week school called NEST where I had to pass safety training and pole climbing (hooking telephone poles).
