Rebuilding my false floor

Just done a relatively low budget, so simplistic but solid. I have 3 powerware 100 ah and 3 eD amps going underneath it. It's setup where I can fit 8 of those 100 ah batteries underneath if I ever wanted to. Not complete yet. About 6 feet of usable depth, for no wall (low height).

Removing the amps and old wiring and junk.



Main frame built. May add on to it.

So like ya, another part of my hatch is broken. This is the latch for the rear window glass. Most of the welds broke. Was planning to do a lot more today but got into trying to get this fixed.





Those holes are where the welds were.

A lot of wires, just trying to secure them safely. Still really don't drop below 14 unless I'm playing like >27 hz.



Floor in, we added a little piece to the back of it to fill that gap.



Box in.



Still have to make the side panels.

I actually have some .5 x 2 wide x iirc 16 long copper bus bars but the batteries don't sit level and there's no good use for them here for me.

Ah ok got it, I just really like the look of them. Much cleaner looking and I'd assume much easier to work with.

Bus bars are heaven compared to fitting like 5 0 gauge terminals on a battery screw/post.

I gotta get 4 somehow on my front battery, and mylows10 uses some thick copper lugs...

My front battery is a batcap 3000 which have vertical post that you can run a long bolt through and attach on both sides, so I got lucky.

I bought a pair of these with rubber boots that go over them, if the bolt isn't long enough I can always pull it out and buy a longer one
