Are you sure that you ran everything using new wires and didnt just twist some on to some old ones that were already there? I mean HU and amp off and alt whine? Thats crazy. Like I said before if you say you didnt miss some thing it must have nothing to do with the stereo. I could be something else that sounds like alt whine.
