really need help with a carb for a 4 bolt pattern

1st off i donthave the money to buy and new one and the old one the other owner i guess if you soat the carb in water it helps but it have made the alum flake off and some cracks on on the mount flange ..i think was just put on there cause he was selling it ...im not asking for a hand out but would like one since this i have not been able make it to work some days... and the only days i can make it the driver is late for there job...i can offer a slim abc distri never installed ...only for one in great shape...but the one someone can part with for free and works can look like craP i dont care i just really need something to put in this to get me in work ...ANYONE WHO CAN HELP WOULD BE IN MY DEPT FOR EVER ..and hepl you ehem ever you may need help ...i know this is a long shot on this fourm

so you just need a carb? what truck? what mods? what CFM? single or double barrel? mechanical secondaries? vacuum? need specs.

Soaking a carb in water is not good, BOILING a carb is good for removing buildup/rust easy. 2 different things. I have almost 100 carbs for ford/general motors products. Single barrel autolites, rochester dualjets, small block & big block quadrajets, autolite 4150s, 2100s, etc. I build carbs and distributors for alot of local people.
