Real Quick but simple question

I have a pioneer headunit and Crescendo amp hooked up to my sub.

When setting the LPF, should I turn the LPF on my amp all the way up and then set the LPF on my headunit to my desired range? (about 80-100hz)

Or...do I do the opposite?

Either way is fine. I like using the hu.

Cool that's how I've been doing it for a long time but never actually knew if it was "right"
