Both are around 8 months old.

RE XXX 15" - $320 (Includes shipping)

Cadence ZRS-8 1500W @ 1 ohm. Very nice amp, very stable and powerful. Very clean sound. - $425 (Includes shipping)

Bought both brand new. Owned and used for 8 months. Trying to downsize, just don't have the practical room in my trunk for it. Going to get a Brahma 12" and not sure on the amp yet. The sub does have a very small graze to the surround, about the size of the head of a pen/pencil. The material and everything is still in place, can easily be taken care of. It doesn't affect the sound, punch or performance of the sub.

The Cadence is still in mint condition and works extremely well.

No, it does not. I thought it did when it happened, but I carefully checked and it does not. I'll take pictures of the amp tomorrow and post them.
