posted wrong sub, need opinions about the sr sub. i now have three re 8's getting 650 watts in a 1.5^3@33 Hz box. want to know if switching to 2 sr 10's with same wattage and same or sealed box will be louder... any opinions.

If you are referring to the Polk SR subs I will say they are some of the best SQ subs I have heard. It was a difficult decision between those and the Fi Q's that i am running, acually not a day goes bye thinking maybe I should have tried the SR's.

Buy those sr's and let us know how they go. In this situation it kind of hard to tell "which" set up will be Louder but, maybe one of the pros will tell you. Oh it's going to be a lot on how you install though.

made a new box for my new re sr 10's sealed 1^3 pushing around 650 watts and i must say other than the 10 sr's hitting the lower notes cleaner, their about as loud as the 8's. my friends actually think the 8's were louder //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif .i like'em though i had move up my seat one click for the extra excursion, all and all not bad for some 10's.
