RE SX 15 vs. Magnum 15

I had my mind set on a SX for a while now, but recently started concidering the Mag. I'm obviously more on the output side than SQ, but what i heard is the Mag can give just as much output of the SX an have better SQ. There both around the same price range. Just want to hear some comparisons between the two.

that would work good with the magnum. my magnum had excellent sq and it got very loud. i would go with the magnum. never heard an sx before but i really don't thing it will have much more spl then a magnum.

i think i read on another forum then had gotten some in stock. not sure though. magnums would be worth the wait. i also here they are lowering there prices.

it was in my jeep and it was a 12" though in a 2.5 cubes after displacement tuned too 30 hz. it was being run off a hifonics brutus 1000D then my tantrum and it handled both amps very well.

The SX I heard sounded thick and heavy, while my Magnum brought about much tighter impact. I favored the tonal balance of my Mag for rock, but that could just be the install. Also, they were both 12", I haven't heard a 15" SX or Mag = [

Yup Stereo Integrity SI d2, most amazing sub i've owned. I'd pick it any day over the SX, especially with the decrease in price and the new motor coming! WOOT, worth the wait!

There are no Mags instock anylonger, nor will they be called "Magnums" in the future. In a short time Stereo Integrity's new driver will be for sale. The choice is yours; to wait for the SI driver or grab the SX. I'm sure you'd be satisfied either way.
