Sold RE SE motor and 10" basket

so my sub got fuxed during shipping to chaunb3400 so I have it back. Its an RE SE with a misaligned motor, the t-yoke is sticking to the freakin magnet //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif. The 10" basket needs cleaning too and 3 of the screws holding it in are superstripped (and I can't find my screw extractor) so I can't separate from the motor. How's 50 shipped sound? I have the VC, but its scratched up from the tyoke when I pulled it out.

I want that basket but not the motor. Drill the heads off the screws and pull it off then use vise grips on the screws the get them out.
