RE HC15 or MAgnum D2

I've been debatin gon these subs for a while. Which one will give the best concrete shakin' bass with about 1000-1300 watts? Also, which one is better for the dollar? Either going in a ported box.

I'll tell you in about a week. My 18HC just arrived today and I have a Mag d2 in transit that should be here on wed or thurs. I gotta believe that the 15 will be louder for you but it'll take more space too. The D2 is amazing from what I've heard, its more comprable to a Brahma or XXX then it is to the HC.

i'd give HC advantage simply b/c it has more cone area. now if you went HC 12" to D2 then D2 all the way IMO. and from my comparison it took 6.2cuft tuned to 32 hz to make a HC 15" sound good.
