is it ok to run the RCA's with the remote wire, I know you aren't supposed to run them with the power wire, but since the remote doesn't carry much power, and the RCA's are shielded, they should bo ok , right?

Fore there to be electrical "noise" created by power wires two things need to be happening.

1) the current flowing needs to be relatively high

2) the current needs to vary at an audible frequency

Remote wires don't qualify for either.

And FWIW - amplifier power wires don't qualify for the 2nd - which is why they don't induce noise either, but for some reason that myth took hold several years back and still won't die.

Stinger used to sell RCA's with the remote wire attached in the middle. **** good set of RCA's. So you should be fine.

I ran the power, remote, and RCAs all together in my friends car and theres isnt any interference at all. And he's using the Meijer Scosche kit.
