Fore there to be electrical "noise" created by power wires two things need to be happening.

1) the current flowing needs to be relatively high

2) the current needs to vary at an audible frequency

Remote wires don't qualify for either.

And FWIW - amplifier power wires don't qualify for the 2nd - which is why they don't induce noise either, but for some reason that myth took hold several years back and still won't die.
