RCA troubles.

i just got my new ma audio hk401sx sub amp today adn when installing it i barely had enough room and the rcas where sorta crammed but they werent being like forced in anywhere. well anyways when touching the rcas the sub makes a sound like a test tone at 50hz. i think at one point one of the rcas was in like
