RCA Preout help

so, i see your problem here...... you expect everyone to jump right to your aide, on mon, over a couple hours during the middle of work........ yes, you have to take stock in your meter's range/sensitivity first. i would check pawn shops, and you can also split some headphones and sand the coating off to check to see if they put out, when you don't have a decent enough meter to pick-up on low voltage. you can still do that, and listen when it drops to the point that the meter no longer reads. my fluke picks up on voltage from your fingers, so no problem there, lol. also, i often see decent meters hangin out at pawn shops.
