just wanna know before i run my rca's, i've read that it does and doesn't matter if you run them next to your power wires, does it matter or not?

i think it really depends on the vehicle

some people swear they have them run next to each other with NO noise

and some people swear that if they hold them together there is noise but when they hold them apart the noise goes away

I run el-cheapo Scosche RCAs next to my power wire...no noise. Don't worry that much about RCAs, just get some cheap ones from Wal-Mart and you'll be fine; it's the grounds that really cause problems.

from my own experience, subs dont get any unwanted noise when you run the RCAs down the same side as the power wire. however, it does matter for mids and tweeters.
