RCA 300 Watt 5.1 surround speakers for 29.99?

I found this today when i was searching this site has an RCA 300 Watt speaker surround system the receiver doesn't come with it but its only 29 dollars...

i mean you cant even buy a single speaker for 29 dollars....

why does it say the decoding formatts (Dolby Digital, Dolby ProLogic II, DTS ) for the speakers if the receiver is not included? you get what you pay for...

I wouldn't expect to much from them. Like kpozr said...you get what you pay for

Yeah i dont expect it to be the greatest, but i mean when the receiver was included i know this system sold for around 300 dollars so...obviously they aren't the greatest though...but i thought about them as an extra set i guess cause im like what the heck it's gonna be pretty cheap...
