Rattle IN the cargo doors!

I have an '01 Chevy Tahoe with the rear swing open cargo doors. They've always had a rattle/squeak even though I've deadened the crap out of them. I was messing around with them the other day trying to figure it out and I found out that the rattle/squeak is actually caused by the body panels themselves. I guess the factory spot welds weren't that great? I don't know? Anyone had any similar issues in their rides? It's just annoying as all h#ll! It's the worst when family is riding and the system isn't bumping, it squeaks and rattles on every single little bump and on acceleration/deceleration! I'm going to go insane if I don't get it fixed!

Try some spray in foam to maybe secure the panels a little better

That's kind of what I was thinking too. I'm sure it won't actually secure them any better, but maybe at least keep them from squeaking and rattling.
