Old school PPI, some of the best build quality you'll ever find in an eq....Arguably the best parametric EQ ever built.... Definitly the cleanest sounding and best quality eq i've ever used. I have a par-245 in my car and it's the bomb diggity.

Manual:

http://www.precisionpower.com/Manuals/Accessory%20Manuals/Precision_Power_PAR245%20Equalizer.pdf

Near mint....there's a tiny scuff on two of the very very corners (front right and back right)...otherwise it's flawless, warranty seal intact. This one is in even nicer conditon than the one in my car right now. I was originally going to install this one in my car and sell the other more scuffed one, but im lazy and have too much on my plate with other stereo needs, so the old one is staying and the fancy minty one is up for sale.

gotta check funds...I'll let you knowHow does it mount, with 2 screws on each side?
I dont have the mountign hardware, but robot underground has them and they're very affordable....there are in dash mount and under dash mounts. check the manual for pics.

in MY install i have a cutout in my aftermarket dash kit. Under the single din spot there a cubby, and i cut out the back of the cubby. the bacl of the eq stick through that cutout maybe an inch or so.... i used a few double sided sticky tape pads (the thicker foamier ones, not the thin tape kind) and it's held in place perfect for well over a year now.

if your 4ch has any rca out....then you can run front and rear to the 4ch, and the out to the sub amp.....you can use rca splitters and splice the rear outputs....

hell if your sub amp has an output you can run a pair to it, and then out the sub amp to the 4ch

i'll fix the link to the manual

This is a really dumb question, BUT Ill ask anyway... I have never used an EQ, but like some of the features they offer. How would I connect this to an aftermarket deck to a 2 channel and a mono block? Of course my deck has 3 sets of pre-outs, but I assume you only use one set...

yes you would only use 1 set. read the manual and you'll see the way to adjust the gains on the eq to match the HU. you can use the hu sub output for subs down the road.
