honestly, for a fullrange application, the Hi-Vi B3S (ala partsexpress @ $9.35ish\ea) is a better way to go. a crossover will help very much but its not nessicary. the Sonic Impact class-T amp (in the picture i posted in the page before this) is like $36 @ 15 watts per channel. so you are looking at $50~70 shipped for an amp and speakers. and then just build your enclosure or do IB (wich would work well too).

all in all, im very impressed with what they are doing right now, and i cant wait to get the B3S' in for a comparo (about $25~30\pair with shipping whereas the aura2" is 20+shipping anyway)

at the same price, the B3S' would be a better purchase - to top it off, they are shielded where the aura2" is not //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

if you wanna do what im doing- just read this, i cant wait to order all my junk from partsexpress

Actually the Auras don't need to be shielded. There's something about the magnetic structure that allows for no stray magnetic fields and the result is no need for shielding.

Aura made those drivers *L* I saw the prototypes over a year and a half ago at aurasound in cali. Also the aura's do not produce any stray mag feilds, therefore can be considered sheilded. Both drivers are great buys.

Dude, where have you been?!?! I haven't seen you in ages!

haha //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif been hiding. I pop on and off sometimes... I sold the nissan truck and now have an 06 supercharged scion tc that I am going to start an install on. Figured I would get back in the swing of things and see what is the new and hot chrome plated, led lit, class D.O.G. superfunk amps are on the market. Think I decided on the basic E.D. series of amps for class / function //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
