Rainbow vs. dls vs. image dynamics components

So anyways i am getting ready to purchase some speakers for my car. I cannot decide between three brands. I am looking for an overall sq system and i would like the speakers to be around 100rms. I will pick an amp once i pick the speakers.

Here are my options

ID ctx 6.5s

DLS RS6 6.5s

RAINBOW SLX 6.5s

I am running these speakers with a FI.Q series 12" sub from FI Audio.

Any other recommendations would be much appreciated. I am trying to get the best speakers I can price is not really a decision maker.

Yea I have been leaning more towards Image Dynamics mostly because I can find more reviews on them. Do you have a reason why you say image dynamics and have you heard any of these speakers. Thanks

I was also looking at RE audio which a lot of people like.

SQ is mostly in the installation and tuning. with that said how are you doing yours?

Well i will be running 6.5 components in the front doors and 6x9s in the back. They will just be going into the factory slots and i will wire them strait to the amp. I am not completely sure what i should set my high pass filter to when tuneing comes along but i was thinking around 100hz or so. I dont know if that is what you meant by how am i doing mine. Any more questions just ask. I really want to purchase speakes i just do not want to regret my purchase.

I personally, lean towards Rainbow, I have had a little bit of experience with each brand, and I just love Rainbow to pieces. Just so crisp and perfect with every note. If you are also looking for alternatives also, look into some Treo speakers as well. They are another favorite of mine.

are your doors going to be well deadened/sealed? what type of sound are you looking for, what type of music do you mainly listen to? what's the rest of your stereo consist of? what kind of car are you putting this in?

you mentioned SQ are you talkin about TRUE SQ or just a stereo that sounds good? TRUE SQ you won't run the rears. that'd be the first thing everyone will say.

Yea Rainbow does seem like a good brand. The only thing turning me away from them is the fact that I cant find a website for them. I want to know what are the new models and what it the old models. If they have a website let me know. Thanks

No im not going to be deadening the doors anytime soon. But it is going into an 04 grand prix gtp. The rest of the stereo is going to be a kenwood deck, fi audio Q series 12" sub. Then what ever speakers i decide to go with. And no I am not looking for an actual sq system i just want it to sound good. And i listen to all types of music, Rock, Rap, Country, Hip Hop, You name it.

So i already have everything else picked out I am just having a hard time picking speakers. But from what everyone is saying i will probably end up with either rainbow or image dynamics. That is what my original question was.
