I used MB Quart PTE's. The combination was very, very nice. The Koda's almost sounded like small subs in my doors, but they also had great midrange.

I would still be using them if I didn't have an upgrade addiction.

I ran them with the Quart's on a Kicker 600.4 (4x75).

I didn't use a crossover. They naturally fall off very smoothly around 5K.

If the mid does not have any peaks that would interfere with other components, you don't have to use a crossover. I would have built one if it needed it, but it didn't. If I had an electronic one, like I do now, I would have used it around 3,500 Hz. My tweets (Quart PTE's), which ran on seperate channels, had a passive high-pass crossover.

I can't find the material on these speakers, but the component set was built with very basic x-overs, I think it was because they have a very smooth high-end roll-off.

Adire's ebay outlet still has the koda xovers(6th order! thats steep!) and Madisound sells the tweeter that Adire tweeked a bit for the set.
