1 set of Rainbow SLC 265's. Not kicks. used set has been sold

One set I bought used from Nismos14 on this board. I used them for about a month and half or two months powered by 2 channels of a PPI PC4100. Used, but look almost new.

The other set is new, never powered.

Both sets have the original box, grills, and instruction manuals

220.00 dollars USD for the new set.

That's shipped to the 48 states. I can ship out on Tues or Wed if your paypal clears.

Not many ref's here but you can check my eBay feedback under "more$$spent"

Oh what are you running now? Or planning on going with?
Nothing, and it sucks. LOL

The original plan was to double up these in each door. You know, 2 6.5's and 2 tweets per door but now I'm thinking of just going with one single set that handles more power. A lot more power. Maybe the Rainbow power series?

The only marks, or scuffs ,or anything to let you know they are not new, is the marks around the woofer mounting holes and some very very very tiny scuffs on the crossovers. I only mention the scuffs because I'm anal and you can see them if you look close enough. The new set seems to have the same scuffs. It comes from the packaging itself. They are in plastic bags but the crossovers aren't very secure and are allowed to slide around slightly in the box from the factory. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this or not. I'll try to get pictures of this but it's pretty light and I'm not sure my camera will show it. But it's there if you look hard enough.

They sound great and I'm really only selling them to impress other people. They get plenty loud enough for me in a daily driven car but I want scare my passengers out of their skin. That's why I was going to double up on them but I don't feel like fiberglassing the doors on this car. >shrug

Pics up later when my wife brings the camera home.

And I'm thinking about selling this DDC since it won't fit my car. Tested as working. It was made to fit in the top dash pocket of a Chevy HHR. It's constructed of mdf, foam, and fiberglass. The DDC is not removable from the unit so this is the final form. It was painted charcoal grey, then masked off the logo, then sprayed several coats of black followed by clear. The logo is paint, not a sticker. Not my work but every bit as good if not better. Who ever did this did an excellent job. Lets say 150 shipped?
