rain-x: anti fog and exterior formula

have a few questions about using rain-x products on my vehicle.

1) will the rain-x interior glass anti-fog fluid damage my aftemarket window tint? *my windows are tinted inside the glass*

2) will rain-x's original formula (exterior glass) harm my vehicle's paint if it gets in contact with it? or the plastic/rubber ridges around my front windshield?

3) after applying the exterior rain-x formula on my rear windshield, why did my defroster lines change to purple?

thanks all

dude, the anti fog interior doestn work at all.

2 you dont need it on ur rear windshield

and 3 the outside is very nice to have rain x on

Yes the interior anti fog is trash, actually made my windows look like crap. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

it says to keep it away from paint etc. i've never really wanted to test it out being as i have perecent (i know i **** at spelling, blow a goat please) paint and its too expensive for me to take a chance with. if nothing else just leave an inch or so around the window just to be safe. i used the rainx windshield wiper fluid and it worked great while not raping my paint job
