dude... if you have a TI-83 calculator there is an EASY WAY to do this
assign every ticket a number, then go MATH : PRB : RandInt(

this will give a random integer.

type:

RandInt(1,114)
it will spit out a random number

that number win

I have already thought of that, problem is that the numbers aren't random at all. There is a third input to the function which is the "seed" and with that you will always get the same series of numbers...you can also look up the standard seed and do it that way...so someone could call me on rigging.

Now I have all the names cut out, I just have to lay them out all pretty like and start the recording...all in good time fellows.

P.S. That thing is scary req!

actually, what woudl work is buying something like poker chips and then just writing the NUMBER of the lotto ticket on each. so buy 100-150 chips, write 1-150 on them, and that way you can actually draw from a bag. (and get a cool swish effect while you mix) that way its random and seems fun to watch the video!
