Radio shutting off !!! Help Please!!

I have a 94 Toyota truck with a Pioneer deck. When I press the brake pedal, turn on the blinkers, or the headlights the radio goes off for a second or two and then comes back on. My headlights also blink on/off. Could this possibly be the battery or altenator? It is really getting annoying. Help
