I used these 2 adapters in my 2003 escalade and they work flawlessly. Simple install, plug and play and it retains all factory chimes through an add-on module. All wiring is crimped and the 2 units are zip tied together including with onstar relay.

Also if interested in a package deal I have an Humount.com headunit mounting kit with the word Escalade in factory font engraved on the plate (you can order a new front plate for a few dollars at humount.com with custom lettering or the word avalanche in factory font) and blue led back lighting that matches the Apine CDA-9815 Radio perfectly(not selling the radio still thinking about it, as I also have an Alpine equalizer to do a double din install)

I was thinking of doing a package deal of 200 dollars plus shipping. All these items add up to a little over 250 dollars plus shipping. The items were used for 1 month before trading my escalade in. No scratches or marks on the Hedunit mounting kit anywhere.
