Radar laser jammers

I know this isn't about car audio, but do these things actually work? I got a ticket for having my music up to loud and he said he judged my distance by using a laser, and if this thing actually scrambles the signel of lasers and radar that would be awesome, anyone have any experance with these things??

yeah they are ga* as ****, now they have alot more undercover cops and shit too, in random cars, blue ford explorers, impalas, you cant tell if they are cops unless you see the lisence plate, by that time its too late,

im pretty sure active radar jammers, or jammers of any sort are highly illegal as they interfere with police equipment.

try it though, and see what happens, you never know.

its only illegal in like 5 states i believe. MN, OK, VA, CA, NE, and Washington DC.

my bad. so laser apparently can be jammed. radar is illegal in all states.

either way. EVERY site (except the ones trying to sell jammers) will clearly tell you that they just dont work.

RADAR jamming is totally illegal. LASER jamming is perfectly legal, except for like 5 states.

As for RMR... stay FAR away from them. I've heard nothing but bad things from that company.

Look into Escort, the ZR3. Saved my brother 4 or 5 tickets so far. He has it paired with an Escort 8500 X85 radar detector.

I don't know exactly how it works, but I know it does. My brother was doing 50 in a 25. (NOT what you think, its a BS speed limit because its a 2-lane one way road, next to the highway, not even close to residential or anything for that matter) Anyways, his laser jammer started going off as he rounded a corner... He slowed down to ~28mph and turned it off. The cop just stared at him like "WTF dude"

Also, the key to having a laser jammer is to slow down to the speed limit and turn it off (with the escort you just double tap the mute button.) This way you will draw no attention to yourself as the one who has it, so you are less likely to get pulled over for the sake of the cop being an *******.
