R60 memory

I have a lenovo R60 with 1 gb of memory (2 x 512) and am thinking about upgrading to 2 x 1gb since its so cheap... anyone know what type of memory it takes?

http://www.memory-up.com. type in the model and it will show you info about your memory. they have a memory check, where it detects what kind of memory you have.
