I've seen both, so I would without a doubt suggest The Wrestler over Taken.

Taken was alright, but cheesy.

Saw Gran Torino the other night... one of my all time favorite movies now.

i thought taken was great, for an action film it had a good enough plot to where you wasn't sure what the ending was going to be.
